How do I start a project with you?

You can: 1. Fill out my inquiry form 2. Or just shoot me an email or via social media I'll get back to you within 1–2 days. We'll then talk about your project, what you need, and whether we're a good fit. If everything looks good, I'll send over a proposal and we can get started.

How long does a typical project take?

Most website projects take 1–2 weeks from start to finish. Timeline depends on a few things: - How complex the project is (number of pages, features, etc.) - How quickly we move through feedback rounds - Your availability for reviews and approvals I'll give you a more accurate timeline once we chat about your specific needs.

How does payment work?

Pretty straightforward: - 50% upfront to kick things off and secure your spot - 50% when the project is done Final deliverables (all your files, website access, handoff docs) are sent once the final payment comes through. I accept payment via bank transfer or Wise.

Can I request revisions?

Here's how it works: - After each major phase (wireframes, design, development), you review and give feedback - I will make tweaks based on your notes - You approve before we move forward The goal is to make sure you're totally happy with the final result. If something feels off, we'll fix it together. (Quick note: Big scope changes—like adding new pages or completely changing design direction—will need extra time/budget.)

Do you work internationally?

Time zones aren’t a problem. With good async communication and a bit of scheduling, it has always worked out, and I’m very used to working remotely with teams across different countries.

Do you offer refunds?

Projects are non-refundable once we've started. But I'm super transparent throughout the process, so you'll review everything at each stage and approve before we move forward, so you always know exactly what you're getting. If something isn't working, we can talk about it and adjust.

What if I need help after launch?

After your website goes live: - Minor tweaks and updates are free for the first 2 weeks - I can set up a monthly maintenance package if you want ongoing support - One-off updates are available anytime (billed hourly) Plus, I'll show you how to make simple updates yourself in Framer—changing text, swapping images, editing CMS—so you're not waiting on me for every little thing.
